To proceed from the listing page, click Sign in to connect app in the upper right.
Depending on the app, you may be brought to the app's App Marketplace listing page. In the dialog box, click Connect, then proceed with the app connection process.
Search for the app that you want to connect, then click the app name. In the right panel, click the Connect an app tab. To connect an app through the workflows tool: When you're ready to add it to the workflow, click Save. Click the name of the action to add it to your workflow. In the right panel, any newly integrated actions will appear under the name of the integration. #No app after cliclick plus#
Click the plus icon + to add a workflow action. Click the name of a workflow, or create a new workflow. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows. To add integration actions to a workflow: When you connect an app that includes workflow functionalities, you'll be able to use those actions in your workflows. Hover over the app to view the error message and steps to resolve. Click the Alerts tab to view all connected apps that require attention. In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon marketplace in the main navigation bar. You can view all your connected apps and any alerts on the Connected Apps page. The selected account administrator will receive an email with your request for the appropriate HubSpot user permissions to connect the app. In the dialog box, click the Administrator dropdown menu and select an account administrator Then, click Send email. If the Install app button is grayed out, the app has already been connected to your HubSpot account. You’ll be guided through the provider’s connection flow, which may include logging into the connected app account and approving any necessary permissions.
Click Install app in the top-right corner of the app listing page. Please note: ensure that your internet browser's pop-up blocker is turned off before installing an app. A bidirectional arrow indicates that data will be synced back and forth between HubSpot and the app. A unidirectional arrow indicates that data will only be synced one way, either to or from HubSpot. In the Shared data section, you'll find details about how data for each HubSpot object will sync between your HubSpot account and the app once connected:. To see more pricing information, click See all pricing options. If the app offers monthly and yearly billing, click to toggle the Monthly/Yearly switch to see the monthly price for each billing cycle. In the Pricing section, you'll find available plan options for the app. The Data Privacy section indicates whether or not HubSpot's privacy policy applies to this app and links to relevant provider documentation where applicable.
Apps provided by HubSpot App Partners are supported by the provider, while apps built by HubSpot are supported by HubSpot. In the Resources section, you'll find links to support documentation and setup guides, along with the provider's contact information.The Requirements section shows the necessary HubSpot subscription requirements to install the app, as well as any app-side subscription requirements.In the Overview section, you can review details of the app such as the app provider name, total install numbers, category, and included features.On the app listing page, you'll find the following app details: To be listed on the App Marketplace, app listings must be submitted to and approved by HubSpot. Please note: HubSpot has open APIs, meaning providers can build and support their own apps for HubSpot outside of the HubSpot App Marketplace.
